CHEESE LOAF BREAD 
1 long (14 inch) crusty Italian or French bread
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
1 tsp. finely chopped garlic
2 tbsp. finely grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Split loaf lengthwise in half. Brush each half with 1 tablespoon oil. Sprinkle each half with equal amounts of parsley and garlic. Sprinkle with cheese. Place on a baking sheet and place in oven. Bake 10 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
