QUICK LOAF BREAD 
3 c. warm water
3 cakes or pkgs. dry yeast
1/4 c. honey
9 or 10 c. all-purpose flour
5 tsp. salt
5 tbsp. oil

Combine water, yeast and honey. Stir until yeast dissolves. Add half of the flour and salt. Beat hard with a spoon until smooth. Add remaining flour and blend well. Pour oil over dough and knead in the bowl a few minutes, no more than 2 or 3 minutes. The dough will absorb the oil. Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled. Punch down and knead slightly on floured board. Shape into 2 loaves. Place in greased loaf pans. Cover and let rise until doubled. Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes or until loaf sounds hollow when tapped. Turn out of pan and cool on rack.
