STOVE TOP ROAST | |
4 cube steaks or pork chops (slightly frozen) 2 c. carrots, sliced thin 4 c. potatoes, sliced thinly 1/2 c. onions, sliced into wedges 1 c. mushrooms, sliced thinly, optional 3 c. water 1 pkg. Lipton Onion soup or 4 beef bouillon cubes In large skillet or dutch oven, saute meat (do not use oil or butter). When sides are browned, add rest of ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low. Cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. |
