QUICK CINNAMON ROLLS 
2 pkg. dry yeast dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water

Add: 2 eggs 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. sugar 2 1/2 c. flour 2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking powder

Blend 1 minute at low speed, scraping bowl. Beat 2 to 3 minutes medium speed. Stir in 3 to 3 1/2 cups more flour. Dough should be easy to handle yet soft and slightly sticky.

Turn dough onto floured surface knead 5 minutes. Divide dough in half. Roll each half into rectangle 15 x 9 inch. Spread each with 1/4 cup soft butter. Sprinkle on: 1 tbsp. cinnamon

Roll up from wideside; pinch edge to seal. Cut roll into 15 slices. Arrange 3 x 5 inch 13 x 9 inch baking pan (greased). Let rise until doubled 1 to 1 1/2 hours (covered). Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
