SWEDISH OMELET | |
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 cup milk 4 eggs, separated 2 tbsp. butter Mix flour, salt and pepper; add milk a little at a time until smooth. Separate egg yolks, beat; add to milk; mix, beat egg whites and fold in. Transfer to a warm pan that butter has been added. Cook slowly lifting from pan edges until set. Place under broiler a few minutes to set top. |
