GROUND BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. paprika (optional)
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 can (2 or 3 oz.) mushroom pieces (optional)
1/2 c. imitation sour cream
Dash of pepper

Sprinkle salt in bottom of a large skillet. Add ground beef and break up with a fork. Add finely chopped onion. Cook and stir meat and onions until brown. Drain off excess fat. Add rest of ingredients. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Makes 5 to 6 servings.

Garnish with chopped parsley.
