SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. pumpkin dill spice
1/3 c. milk

Combine above ingredients and mix well. Pour into a 2-quart casserole

TOPPING:

1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
2 1/2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Combine Topping ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Mix well. Sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. May also be baked in a pie shell and served with whipped topping. 8 to 10 servings.
