SWEET-SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground pork
1 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. almonds, chopped, browned and salted
2 eggs
1 c. bread crumbs
2 cloves garlic, minced
Dash of Tabasco, nutmeg and salt

Combine above ingredients and mix well. Form small balls; roll in cornstarch. Fry slowly in peanut oil. Freeze. See sweet-sour sauce recipe for continuation.
