SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. hot or mild bulk pork sausage
1 1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained

Shape pork sausage into 1" meatballs. Cook in a large skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain off drippings. Combine remaining ingredients except pineapple; mix well and pour over meatballs. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, add pineapple and simmer an additional 10 minutes, stirring often. Makes about 3 1/2 dozen meatballs.
