YUM YUM SWEET POTATOES 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. white sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter

Mix thoroughly and pour into buttered casserole.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. butter

Mix topping with a fork and sprinkle crumbs on top of casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
