BACON CHEESE BRUNCH 
1 lb. bacon
1 can (20 oz.) pie sliced apples, drained
2 tbsp. sugar
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 c. milk
4 eggs

Grease a 12 x 7 x 2 inch baking dish. Cut bacon slices into fourths. Cook and stir over medium heat until crisp; drain. Mix apples and sugar; spread in dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon. Beat remaining ingredients with hand beater until smooth; pour over top. Bake uncovered until knife comes out clean, about 30 to 35 minutes. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
