Add and mix: 1 egg 2 tsp. milk

Add: 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 c. peanut butter 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. salt

Shape into balls, roll in sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and place a candy kiss or chocolate star in middle of cookie and press down. Put back into oven for an additional 2-5 minutes. Yield: 2 1/2 dozen depending on how big you roll your cookies.
