SPINACH CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked spinach or 3 pkgs. frozen spinach, cooked and squeezed out
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. Bisquick or (1 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. baking powder and sprinkle of salt)
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs

Mix and pour into greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Cut into squares.
