SPINACH CASSEROLE 
6 eggs, beaten
6 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. melted butter
2 lbs. sm. curd creamed cottage cheese
2 (10 oz. each) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, cooked & drained
12 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Mix together and place in a greased glass dish (10 inch square) or 9 x 13 x 2 inch dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until golden. Let stand 10 minutes. Serve.
