2 sm. or 1 lg. can hominy
1 can mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) Cheez Whiz
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp. butter

Saute onion, pepper and celery in butter. Add hominy, soup and Cheez Whiz, cook on top of stove for 20 minutes. Put into baking dish and bake another 20-30 minutes.
