SPINACH FLORENTINE PIE | |
1 lb. cottage cheese 3 eggs, beaten 1/4 c. butter, melted 3 tbsp. flour 1 box frozen chopped spinach, defrosted & drained 1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese 1 (9 inch) pie shell Mix together cottage cheese, eggs, spinach, butter, flour and 1/4 cup grated cheese. Pour into pie shell. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
