SMOTHERED PORK CHOPS 
4 center cut chops
1 can cream of potato soup

Season chops for frying using whatever seasoning you like! Fry the chops at high degree in shortening. Only to get them crispy and brown. (Cover chops with flour before frying). Once chops are brown place immediately without draining them in Pyrex dish with lid. Empty the soup onto the chops. Pour 1/2 can of water onto soup (stir soup and water) moving the chops around. Place lid, bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 20-30 minutes or until nice and tender.
