EXCELLENT FRUIT DESSERT 
1 (8 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained (reserve juice)
1 (20 oz.) pineapple chunks or tidbits in own juice, drained (reserve juice)
1 sm. jar maraschino cherries, drained
2 lg. bananas
1 pkg. COOKED vanilla pudding

Drain pineapple and oranges and save juice. Use 1 1/2 cups juice (add water, if necessary). Cook pudding and juice until clear and thickened, stir often. Cool cooked pudding and pour over fruit. Chill before serving. Serve with angel food cake. Serves 8.
