PRETZEL PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 tbsp. flour
2/3 c. flour
1 c. crushed pretzels
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. sugar

Drain juice of pineapple into pan. Add 2 tablespoons flour and 2/3 cup sugar; cook until thick. Cool. Mix together with pretzels, butter and sugar and spread in bottom of bowl.

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1/2 c. sugar

Mix together and spread on top of pretzel mix. Spread pineapple mixture on top of cream cheese and Cool Whip mixture. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and chill.
