WALNUT HALF MOONS 
2 cubes butter
2 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 c. ground walnuts
3/4 c. sugar
4 tbsp. rum

Mix all ingredients together in a ball. Tear off about a tablespoon of it and shape into a semi-circle. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown. Cool slightly and roll into powdered sugar. Keeps well for a month. It can be frozen.
