TUNA HALF MOONS 
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, packed in water, drained
1/2 c. Jack cheese, shredded
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can refrigerator biscuits
1 egg
1/2 c. crushed corn flakes

Combine tuna, cheese, mayonnaise and celery. Separate biscuits; flatten 2 biscuits into 1 circle; spread mixture on top and fold to make half moons. Seal by pressing fork into edges. Beat egg and brush tops. Sprinkle with corn flake crumbs; turn and repeat on other side. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 4.
