FROZEN PEA SALAD 
1 lb. frozen peas
1 lb. bacon
1/2 c. sliced green onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
Seasoning salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Lettuce leaves (optional)
Sliced tomato (optional)
Lemon wedge (optional)

Thaw peas. Fry bacon, drain and crumble. Blend mayonnaise, sour cream and seasonings. Add peas, onion and bacon; chill. Serve on lettuce, garnish with tomato and lemon. Serves 10 to 12.
