FROZEN PEA SALAD | |
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed, but do not cook 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained & sliced 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can cashews 1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp, drained & crumbled 1 c. sliced green onions 1 pt. light sour cream Combine and mix all ingredients. Refrigerate overnight before serving. Add the cashews just before serving otherwise they will become a little soggy. |
