FROZEN PEA SALAD 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed (not cooked)
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can water chesnuts
1 (6 1/4) can cashews, optional
1/2 lb. bacon fried crisp crumbled
1 pt. sour cream (or yogurt)
1 c. sliced green onion

Combine and mix oil ingredients. Refrigerate before serving.
