FROZEN PEA SALAD 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen peas, partially thawed
1/4 c. green onions, with tops, sliced
1/4 c. celery, diced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 oz. sour cream
10 slices bacon, cooked crisp, crumbled
1/2 c. cashew halves

Mix together first 6 ingredients. Refrigerate. At serving time, stir in bacon and cashews.
