SCALLOPED POTATOES | |
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup 4 c. thinly sliced potatoes 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. thinly sliced onion Blend soup, milk and dash of pepper. In 1 1/2 quart casserole, arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onion, soup mixture and cheese. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes. Makes about 4 cups. Also good to add about 1/2 cup of diced ham. |
