MERRY BERRY COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. biscuit mix
2/3 c. flour
1/4 c. instant nonfat dry milk
2/3 c. water
1 egg
1 1/2 c. blueberries
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. soft butter
1/4 c. dry milk
1/4 c. flour

Combine biscuit mix, sugar and dry milk. Stir in water and egg until well blended. Spoon into a buttered 9 inch pan and top with berries. Combine 1/3 cup sugar and butter together. Mix in dry milk and flour until mixture is crumbly; sprinkle over berries. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve hot with plenty of butter. Makes 1 cake.
