BUTTERSCOTCH PEANUT PUDDING 
FIRST PART:

3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. boiling water
Butter, size of an egg

Boil to taffy and add 1 teaspoon baking soda and vanilla.

SECOND PART:

1 pt. flour
2 eggs
1 pt. white sugar
3 pt. boiling water

Mix and add to first part and boil. When cold, add 1/2 pound ground peanuts. Top with whipped cream.
