ITALIAN BEEF 
3 to 4 lb. beef pot roast

Pot roast on top of stove in small amount of water for 1 hour at 350 degrees to solidify.

Remove from pot and cut into thin slices and lay in shallow roasting pan. Add water to just cover.

Add 2 beef bouillon cubes (dissolved in small amount of water). Add 2 garlic cloves and 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning. Bake in slow 300 degree oven until very tender.
