BAKED CHICKEN & RICE 
1 c. regular rice
1 can creamy chicken-mushroom soup
1 can water
6-8 pieces chicken (remove skin)
Salt & pepper
6 lg. mushrooms, sliced

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 9"x13" casserole dish. Mix soup and water and stir rice and mushrooms into mixture; pour into dish. Top with chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cover with foil, bake for 60 minutes; remove foil, bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes to brown chicken. (Liquid should be totally absorbed.)
