JULES SALMON BAKE 
4 salmon filets
1 tbsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. dill weed
1 lemon, sliced
1/2 c. brown sugar

Preheat oven to 400°F. Brush salmon with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and dill. Squeeze lemon on top of salmon and sprinkle with brown sugar. Top salmon with the lemon slices.

Bake 20 to 30 minutes. This bakes really well in stoneware.
