2 c. sausage meat (sweet)
1 c. stewed tomatoes
2 c. potatoes, mashed
2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg, well beaten

Combine all ingredients thoroughly, adding the well-beaten egg last. Place in a loaf pan; bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. If not brown enough at the end of that time, allow 5-10 minutes more.
