1 pkg. Owens "regular" sausage, cooked and drained
4 chopped green onions with tops
1 sm. can sliced black olives
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
6 oz. grated cheddar cheese
6 oz. grated mozzarella cheese
6 oz. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 loaf frozen (uncooked) bread dough

Thaw bread to room temperature. On floured cloth or table, flatten dough to 1/2 inch thickness and approximately the length of a loaf of bread. Mix all other ingredients together and press along center of flattened bread. Stretch each side of the loaf over and pinch together ( should resemble French bread in size). Cook seam side down on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. (Foil on cookie sheet make clean up easier).
