H.'S PERKY PICKLED GREEN
TOMATOES
 
Green tomatoes
Celery
Green and red peppers
Garlic
2 qts. water
1 qt. white vinegar
1 c. salt
Dill to taste

Use firm small to medium tomatoes. Wash and place in sterilized quart canning jars. Add stalks of celery and chopped peppers to each jar. Pack the jar firmly with the vegetables. Add 1 clove of garlic to each jar.
