GREEN TOMATO PICKLES 
1 qt. white vinegar
2 qts. water
1/2 c. salt

Bring to a boil, boil 1 minute. Wash tomatoes, half large tomatoes. Pack in clean sterilized jars. In each jar put: 1 head dill 1 clove garlic

Pour brine to fill jar. Seal jars or boil bath. Wait 6 weeks.
