ANGEL EGGS 
Hard boiled eggs
Mayonnaise
Mustard
Relish
Salt
Pepper

Cut eggs in half, remove yolks to separate bowl. Add mayonnaise, mustard, relish to yolks and salt and pepper to taste. Thoroughly mush together to consistency of mashed potatoes.

Fill egg halves with yolk mixture. Place on plate or tray. Garnish with your favorite greens (lettuce, parsley, etc.) and serve.
