12 oz. softened cream cheese
1 stick soft butter (no butter)
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. white raisins
1 c. slivered almonds, slightly toasted
Grated rind of 2 lemons
1 env. plain gelatin

Cream together butter and cream cheese. Add sugar. Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water (dissolve) over hot water. Add to above mixture. Add raisins, almonds and lemon rind. Put into a quart mold and refrigerate. Delicious!
