IN PLACE OF SALT 
While adding some spice to your life. Mix and store in tightly sealed jars.

ITALIANO BLEND:

1 tbsp. dried oregano, crushed
1 tbsp. dried basil, crushed
1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 1/2 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. pepper

In a small bowl combine ingredients. Spoon into shaker with lid. Cover and store in cool, dark place. Makes 1/4 cup.

WHAT-A-KICK BLEND:

2 tbsp. onion powder
2 tbsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper

In a small bowl combine ingredients. Spoon into shaker with lid. Cover and store in cool, dark place. Makes 1/4 cup.

PEPPED-UP PARSLEY-PEPPER:

2 tbsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1-2 tsp. garlic powder

In a small bowl combine ingredients. Spoon into shaker with lid. Cover and store in cool, dark place. Makes 3 tablespoons.

Add 1/4 teaspoon at a time, tasting and adding more as desired.
