MUSHROOM GRAVY 
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 c. cooked mushroom pieces
1 tbsp. vegetable broth seasoning
1 tbsp. arrow root
1 c. water
1 tbsp. white wine
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Dash of Tabasco

In a small saucepan, saute onion in small amount of water. Dissolve broth seasoning and arrow root into cup of water. Add mushrooms to the onions. Cook gently until thickened, then add remaining ingredients. Serves 4. Use on vegetables, casseroles, or stews.
