CINNAMON & ORANGE HONEY BUTTER 
1 lb. unsalted (sweet) butter
1/2 lb. clove honey
Cinnamon (ground)
Grated orange peel

Soften butter at room temperature. Warm honey to 90 degrees. Mix together adding orange peel and cinnamon to taste. Whip until smooth and transfer to container while warm. Refrigerate. Good on muffins, biscuits, cornbread, etc.
