BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE 
2 c. rice, cooked
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 stick butter
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
jar of Cheez Whiz
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
salt
pepper

Cook broccoli and drain. Sauté onions and celery in butter. Combine with cooked rice and all other ingredients.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes.
