STRAWBERRY JELLO SALAD 
1 lg. or 2 sm. pkgs. strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drain a little juice off)
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1/2 to 1 pt. sour cream

Dissolve Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add pineapple to Jello after it dissolves. Add thawed strawberries and nuts. Mix thoroughly. Pour half of mixture into long dish and chill until set. Spread sour cream over set mixture evenly. Add remainder of Jello mixture, pouring evenly over sour cream. Chill until set. Slice into squares for serving. Serves 12.
