HOCUS POCUS BUNS 
1/4 c. sugar
13 3/4 oz. Pillsbury hot roll mix
3/4 c. warm (105 to 115 degrees) water
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 egg
16 lg. marshmallows
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Pour into large bowl, 3/4 cup warm water. Sprinkle with packet of yeast enclosed in hot roll mix. Stir until dissolved. Stir in 1 egg and 1/4 cup sugar. Add flour mixture from hot roll mix. Blend well. Cover. Let rise in warm place until doubled in size, 30-45 minutes.

On well-floured surface, knead dough until no longer sticky, about 1-2 minutes. Divide dough into 16 balls. With hand, flatten each ball. Dip marshmallows in melted butter and cinnamon mixed with 1 cup sugar. Wrap dough circle around each marshmallow, pinching tightly at the bottom.

Dip in melted butter and cinnamon-sugar mixture. Place in a large rectangular pan, pinched end down. Let rise 30-45 minutes. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Bake 20-25 minutes.
