EASY CHICKEN MEATBALLS 
1 pkg. ground chicken (about 1 lb.)
Cracker crumbs
Celery, diced in sm. pieces
Onion, diced in sm. pieces
1 egg
Salt, pepper & poultry seasoning to taste

Mix above ingredients together and form into balls. Brown in a hot skillet. Mix together one bottle of chili sauce of grape jelly. Add to the meatballs when very brown, cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve over cooked noodles or rice.

Ground beef may be used instead of ground chicken.
