CHICKEN MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground chicken or turkey
2 pkg. onion cup-a-soup
1 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. hot sauce
1-2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 egg (optional)

Mix the first 4 ingredients and let set for at least 10-20 minutes. Place vegetable oil in large skillet and heat until hot. Place meat mixture in heated oil in small portions - balls or squares and saute until brown. (Use cup-a-cup that is for 8 ounces of water.)

Roll or pat meat out on cutting board until desired thickness, then slice flattened meat into 1 inch squarees. Place squar or roll squares into balls into hot skillet. If egg is used, 1/2 teaspoon salt to 1 teaspoon is added to ingredients.
