1 Duncan Hines cake mix
4 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges

Mix well all ingredients with mixer on medium speed for 4 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees until toothpick comes out clean.

ICING:

1 box vanilla pudding mix
1 lg. container Cool Whip
1 lg. can pineapple, crushed and drained

Mix and spread on cooled cake. Refrigerate.
