ORIENTAL CABBAGE SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Top Ramen chicken
4 c. shredded cabbage
4 green onions, sliced (1/4 c.)
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
3 tbsp. vinegar (rice vinegar prefer)
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. salad oil
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted

Crush noodles slightly; place in colander. Pour boiling water over noodles to soften noodles slightly. Drain well. In a large bowl, combine noodles, cabbage, onions, sesame seeds.

DRESSING: In a screw-top jar, combine seasoning packet from noodles, vinegar, sugar, oil, pepper, and salt. Shake to mix well. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss. Cover and chill several hours or overnight. Before serving, stir in almonds.
