ORIENTAL CABBAGE SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Ramen Noodles, chicken flavor
4 c. shredded cabbage
1/4 c. chopped green onion
2 tbsp. sesame seed
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. salad oil
1/2 c. slivered almonds

Crush noodles slightly; place in colander. Pour boiling water over noodles to soften. Drain well.

In mixing bowl, combine noodles, cabbage, onions and sesame seed.

For dressing, mix well seasoning packet from noodles, vinegar, sugar, oil; pour over cabbage mixture and toss. Cover and chill several hours or overnight. Stir in almonds before serving. 6-8 servings.
