BACON AND CHEESE MUFFINS 
2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. Bacon Bits

Grease bottom of muffin cups.

Combine dry ingredients including cheese and Bacon Bits. Beat egg, stir in milk and oil. Add to dry mixture. Batter should be lumpy. Spoon into prepared cups. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 425 degrees.

To spice up a bit add some sauteed onion pieces and 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
