CARROT AND PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 c. carrots, grated
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
3 oz. box lemon Jello
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. sugar

TOPPING:

8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
Nuts to sprinkle on top

Mix Jello powder with water, sugar, pineapple (not drained) and carrots. Refrigerate to set. Top with topping after set.
